Broken & Damaged Item Policy


MERCI99 carefully inspects items before they leave our hands. If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us for review.

Reporting Broken Items

Customers must provide proof that an item was received broken or damaged within 7 days of purchase.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage
  • Description of the issue

All claims are subject to review.

After the 7-Day Window

Broken or damaged items reported after the 7-day window will not qualify for replacement or review.

Customers will be required to repurchase the item at the current full retail price unless the item is currently available at a discounted sale price.

MERCI99 is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, handling, storage, or care after delivery.
