MERCI99 offers convenient local options for eligible customers.

Local Pick-Up

Customers selecting Local Pick-Up will receive a notification once their order is ready.

  • Orders must be picked up within 72 hours of receiving the pick-up notification.
  • Orders not picked up within this timeframe will require a shipping option to be purchased.
  • A MERCI99 team member will contact customers to arrange shipping if the order is not collected within 72 hours.
  • Orders will remain on hold until shipping arrangements have been completed.

Local Drop-Off

MERCI99 offers Local Drop-Off for customers within a 10-mile radius.

  • Local Drop-Off starts at $8.00.
  • Delivery fees may increase depending on distance, location, and delivery requests.
  • Delivery times will be coordinated after purchase.

MERCI99 is not responsible for missed pick-ups, unsuccessful drop-offs, incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or failure to respond to delivery communications.

Additional fees may apply for rescheduled deliveries or additional delivery attempts.
