Order Cancellation Policy

Orders begin processing shortly after purchase.

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing, been prepared, shipped, picked up, or dropped off, it cannot be canceled.

MERCI99 reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests for orders that have already begun fulfillment.
